Hello All,
Rosa, great proposal.
I agree with Ana's addition.
Basically i also agree the proposal should be discussed by the proposed
imc at hand, and it should had come from them but they seemded rather
"unwilling to comply" or accept what the network had agreed upon as one
of the elements in the newimc process. So i think in this one case Rosa
did a good thing, its a constructive proposal and sometimes (especially
in this case) sponsors are sort of "forced" to play the role of a
"mediator" rather than a facilitator and for this once i think its great
that Rosa plays the role of a diplomat.
I think there should be room for discusssing the exact precise
formulation and other details, but if imc Valparaiso should block Rosa's
proposal we could see it as a refusal to accept one of the conditions to
become an imc.
Rosa, got anything up your sleave in case they block? Or does this block
imply they refuse to become an imc?
Greetings,
Libby
