Hi.

I think it can be taken that the addition of the Women's Proposal into 
the new-imc process has been agreed by the network. Now all there is 
left I think is to actually implement it, correct me if i'm wrong.

I guess the way to implement it is to add the text into the documents 
currently existing as guidelines, steps to make to become an IMC. Has 
some one done this?

An important part of the documentation is on twiki, but i have to say that:
* the pages that volunteers who help aspiring IMCs use are not on twiki,
* they can be changed only by few people in the new-imc list,
* they have/had a serious error. The error consists/consisted of, when 
you are on the English page, you click on the links that say 'Spanish', 
French, etc... and you are taken to the English page.
* I have reported this error a couple of times, and no one came back to 
me. Maybe the error has been corrected lately but no one said 'done'.

I know there are Spanish and French forms at the least, i once helped 
update the Spanish version myself!!

So as a first step I propose that 'some one' confident enough with twiki 
updates the twiki version with the womens additions, see urls below by 
christine.

And I'm not sure in which list we should discuss access to the pages 
that are not twiki which contain the documentation for becoming new 
imc-s. I'm talking of this,

http://newimc.indymedia.org/?lang=es (which is supposed to carry a 
Spanish version)

Creo que se puede considerar que la adicion de la Propuesta de las 
Mujeres (Women's Proposal) para agregar al proceso new-imc ha sido 
aprobada por la red. Ahora todo lo que queda es implementarlo, 
corrijanme si me equivoco.

Supongo que la forma de implementarlo es añadir al texto del documento 
existente como guias, los paso para ser un nuevo IMC. Ha hecho alguien esto?

Una parte importante de la documentacion esta en twiki, pero he de que:

* las paginas que los voluntarios que ayudan a los IMCs aspirantes no 
estan en twiki,
* estas paginas pueden ser cambiadas solo por una poca gente en la lista 
new-imc
* tienen o tenian un error serio. este error consiste/consistia en que, 
cuando estas en al pagina de la version en ingles, pinchas en el enlace 
que dice Frances (por ejemplo) y te lleva a la pagina en ingles.
* He informado de esto en un par de ocasiones, y nadie me respondio. 
Igual el error ha sido corregido ultimamente pero nadie ha dicho 'esta 
hecho'.

Se que hay, al menos, versiones en castellano y en frances, yo mima 
ayude a poner al dia la version en castellano!

Asi que como primer paso propongo que 'alguien' con la suficiente 
confianza con las paginas twiki ponga al dia la version twiki con las 
adiciones de la lista de mujeres, ver urls abajo en el mail mandado por 
christine.

Y no estoy segura de en que lista deberiamos discutir el acceso a las 
paginas que no estan en twiki que contienen la documentacion para 
hacerse nuevos imc-s. Hablo de estas paginas:

version en castellano)
