[New-imc] Re: [IMC-Process] Women's Proposal/Translations

hoi ana,

this has been a proposal to imc-process, with a deadline set for 20 March.

new-imc canonly implement such change, after it has been approved of on 
imc-proocess.
Hoever, so far (the last months) there were no objections, so I'm quite 
confident that it will be accepted shortly.
