so the process is that at the moment:

imc-bulgaria is using a mialing list on indymedia.org servers to coordinate
the test site on bulgaria.indymedia.it is working
outreach is proceeding as well as editorial policy and mission statement

i guess we can go back to communication between me and bulgaria imc until this
documents and the answer to the principles of unity are ready 
then the moment to name it officially imc will be nearing :))))))))

how does this sound like ?
