I can help an upcoming imc in Slovakia get through the process.

You mailed you had problems with the form.
Is it possible to try to fill in the form again ? (it's important to fill
in the form, since this automatically will add your imc in a contact
dbase, warns some approriate lists some new imc wants to start & so on.
