[New-imc] introduction

Hey everyone, I'm Charles with Tampa Bay Indymedia (www.tampaindymedia.org).  Our website has been up since MLK Day, but of course still needs much work.  I'm a member of our editorial collective.  We'll soon be submitting an application to the global network, just have a few more things to work out and want some more aspects added to the website first.  I'll act as a sort of liason between new-imc and the TBIMC; increased participation from others at TBIMC is a goal.
