[Resolve] principles of unity-review imc-proposal

I'd like to start the process for a serious feature
that has to do with a look internally at IMC to help
strengthen and heal our network. 


After participating in Seattle's process of
re-affirming the Principles of Unity we have begun a
process here in NYC. 

NYC IMC has a huge conflict over organizational
structure and process.  I am of the camp that hopes
that by reviewing our principles we can come back
together.  

For me the principles of unity are the clear
expression of the ideals that most indymedia people
share and strive for.  they are also an assurance that
the IMC network can not be coopted by any one or group
in any local.

We are trying to enter into a process of conflict
resolution, and we are trying to encourage folks
starting with the video team, to open discussions
around the principles of unity- hoping that we can
re-affirm them.
