[Seattle-editorial] Fwd: Conference Promo Button

hi friends,
since we are working with namac for their upcoming conference etc.,
i'm wondering if this was discussed at the last general meeting(s)?
perhaps it could be? or is this something that the seattle editorial
working group could decide to do? i'm wondering about the
scope/limits of working group autonomy with relation to the whole
collective. thought this was an interesting situation to think about
how working groups can be entrusted with certain things. instead of
everything going to the general meeting.....
