second paragraph, second sentence: "....guarunteed..." (sp) --> guaranteed

third paragraph, second sentence: "Relocation of Villagers and towns..." 
--> "Relocation of villagers and towns..."

fourth paragraph, first sentence: does "Globalize" get capitalized?
