providing the platform, an mp3 library of more than 200,000 artists, STIRadio 
offers free downloadable music of more than 100 different genres from every 
corner of the world.  Additionally,  STIR AMERICA\'s web site has been redesigned, 
now focusing on providing earthicans worldwide with a useful tool to raise 
awareness for the issues in their community as they create a county, state, 
national and global chorus to STIR peace, education, and action.

STIR stands for Save The Ichetucknee River.
Over 300 known springs lie concentrated in Florida\'s peninsula, a rare 
occurrence in the world\'s geography. Some are so small they barely trickle 
over the forest floor. Other expansive springs rank among the deepest and 
largest in the world. The purity of the springs has prompted international 
corporations to bottle and sell the life-giving water. The largest, most 
treasured is the Ichetucknee River.

STIRadio focus on primary threat to life.

In the spring of 1999, FLORIDA Governor Jeb BUSH, and USA Presidential Candidate 
TEXAS Governor George W. BUSH, conspired to sell this river in a scheme 
to raise needed cash for the election in Florida.  Jeb BUSH sold a permit 
to contruct and operate a $130 Million Dollar Cement Plant to be built next 
to this pristine jewel of America.  The Governor (Co-Chairman of the Florida 
Bush Campaign) overturned the Florida Department of Environmental Protection\'s 
original denial of the permit application. 
The Cement Plant Developers 
gave the Bush Campaign a million dollar \"donation.\"  Jeb Bush gave the 
Developer the permit to build and operate the Cement Plant. 

STIRadio is 
the sound of the gathering STIR.
The STIRadio Network can be easily accessed from the redesigned STIR AMERICA
