[Seattle-editorial] Features need a little time to burn in

I've had similar concerns that features should stay top for a period, but
news does happen. What can we do to coordinate timing so folks will get
energized by the timing and the totality? We've had more than one feature in
a short time before, and this seems like the case here, but how does the
Editorial WG time multiple additions? I support posting as items are
completed in any case.
