[Seattle-editorial] Feature proposal: Seattle a Leader inNational Mandate of Apathy and Distrust

I like it, but yes it will look so long as vertical.  Is the JL suggestion to have the feature link to stories on wire, which stories hold each group/topic of the links? So the feature is neater, and separte from the "index" ?  I would agree if this is what he suggests.
