[Seattle-editorial] FEATURE PROPOSAL: brandon's election feature

Approve!
I count three approvals (Susan Jonathan and Walt). Let's post the sucker. 
I'd do it right now but I haven't been following the changes closely enough 
to know what all the missing <a> tags are.

BTW, the WIKI method is really useful for collective feature-writing. Good 
idea.
