[Seattle-editorial] feature proposal

Hi. The feature would make more sense as a SEATTLE feature if there were
some local tie-ins.. This might make more sense as a global IMC feature
rather than a Seattle one. Having said that, I have no objection to this
going up, esp. as Jennifer first contacted us about this last month and has
had contact with Lance about it.
Perhaps someone here could add a Seattle local piece or two? (as far as I
can tell, the writer is based in Kyoto).
