[Seattle-editorial] SCAN schedule

Hey folks,

I've experimentally added a link to the SCAN Public Access TV schedule to 
the top of the features column. I tried to add it to the left sidebar, but 
the code wouldn't work for some reason having to do with how php gets 
parsed (or not) there.

I think we talked about doing this before; at any rate, let me know if 
there are any comments about this bit of local media synergy.....
