[Seattle-editorial] feature???

Hi Christopher,

Because the Seattle IMC is run by volunteers we don't
get to cover all the stories we would like. But the
beauty of the IMC network is that it is completely
open and participatory. This seems like an important
story and we would love to have you propose a feature
about it. 

I am assuming that you understand our open-publishing
newswire policy. Our features, as you know, often
contain many links related to a story. It sounds as
though this feature could have information from many
different sources.

It is easy to send a feature proposal to the editorial
