For everyone at indymedia: I really appreciate all the work everyone does -
I use your site and all its links frequently. Not being very tech-savy, I
do have some difficulty with finding some info on it - especially who to
contact regarding comments/suggestions, so I chose your group:
I notice KSER, 90.7 FM in Everett is not on your links - I listen to this
station all the time, and it has a lot of good alternative programs,
including a weekly LOCAL labor program - don't know of ANY stations in
Seattle that do that. Check them out, I think they deserve a link from
you....
When I clicked on "contact/about us" in different places on your site, I got
very different pages - one of them had no email info and limited info about
your offices, etc. It took me a while to get to the page that had all the
complete info. I realize I'm a bit slow figuring this all out, but I'm sure
I'm not the only one, it's just I don't mind admitting my ignorance... the
reason I think this is important is I hope you aren't losing audience
because they find your website too difficult (or not easy enough) -- it's
quite easy if you are just browsing or reading, but in terms of figuring out
who to email for particular suggestions/questions, I got quite bogged down.
Maybe you could offer a web tutorial as part of your media literacy
projects?
anyway, thanks again for your commitment and hard work. Excellent articles
& reporting.
