hello
this is the first time i have done this as a feature proposal, so there is a 
great possibility i made some mistakes, but i hope this is ok

{title}U.S. Troops, Out of the Philippines Now!

<p>From July 23-31, The International Solidarity Mission, ISM, gathered to 
expose the truth of the U.S. military in the Philippines and abroad.@What 
we found was a war on people, not terrorism.  Muslims and activists and 
those caught in between, became the eventual targets.  The ISM is fighting 
for "the immediate, total, and permanent withdrawal of all US troops from 
the Philippines, justice for the Filipino people and all victims of human 
rightfs atrocities committed by US and Philippine troops, and an end to US 
led aggression and intervention under whatever pretext it occursh- (from 
the ISM mission statement).
