[Seattle-editorial] Front Page Item on Copwatch

The idea keeps getting floated about having a front page section on cops, 
copwatching etc.

With the current batch of demos coming up this seems timely.

Is this something we can make happen at IMC?  If so, can someone agree to 
run point on this so it does happen?

I'm ataching a training guide I wrote that should get large circulation 
among demonstrators

If I don't hear back in the next couple of days I'll touch in again.
