[Seattle-editorial] Color scheme & readability

i think overall the general agreement has been that white is better than black....
it is better for printing, it's easier for people to read and navigate through the site.
perhps someone can convene a website redesign meeting once we've gotten in contact with potential ctc trainers.  daniel is going to be putting together the program for the next few months and once the database is updated, we'll know who we have in our db who has webdesign skills...we also have alot of graphic artists who have expressed interest in web design...it could be a really good meeting.

also, some of the most active websites with some of the best content are white background.  obviously to be discussed further.
