[Seattle-editorial] proposal for next general agenda, public terminals sign

We discussed this proposal at the last general meeting.  It was resisted that we  vote at the meeting since we had already addressed the issue and a sign has gone up.  And because the announcement of the item was not given enough time to allow all concerned parties to attend.  

So the vote will be this next general Aug 19 meeting.

And probably more debate on the need for a change.

The3 issue is that most day capitans are unhappy with the sign posted to the public terminals within the space.

The sign currently states "no viewing of material that might cause discomfort to others around you".

PROPOSED:  the sign shall say "no viewing of pornography"

All other wording of the sign shall remain as is.
