[Seattle-editorial] Newswire formatting errors?

I can't speak to whether it's hidden or not, but the formatting was 
all-screwed-up by the comment that posted a gigantic picture.

The dusty and creaking Active code doesn't recognize that the text on 
the page shouldn't be stretched to fit the width of the picture.

Yes, we need to upgrade. I think we can prevent pictures of that size -- 
or at least limit their on-screen pixel-width -- in newer code. Active 
just doesn't, and nobody wants to fix it now.
