[Seattle-editorial] "feature" or other notice needed

I have just posted to the seattle imc site a short article about the 
upcoming web site /web server changes.

This needs to be made very clear to site visitors: publishing will need 
to be turned off.  I would greatly like to migrate the site 
friday/saturday.  dec 15 is not so far away, and i don't want to wait 
until the last minute.  inasmuch as i'll be helping with the global site 
a bit too, and also have a job, things have to be moving.
