If she's monitoring, perhaps Susan L can write a reclaimthemedia cover.  Talk about the COUNTY COUNCIL who was ready to vote last week with no public hearing preliminarily.  Give back the unfunded channels just setting unused, and get chump change!  A million$$ to NOT fund the channels, in other words.
