it is so much in the spirit of what BBC is up to, but specialized niche marketing.  "Focus", if you don't like marketingspeak.

we need an ED meeting that is about things we have been reluctant to consider.  things beyond open publish, about what that might look like, what it might do/for whom.

about stepping up and "owning" the possibilities.
