Walt,
I said yes so that makes three. Not sure if someone else posted a vote of approval, maybe Jason? Anyway, the last word I heard on it was that Gentry liked my changes (minor grammar and awkward phrasing changes) and said post away since he wouldn't be able to get to it until later.
So, I think it's ready to go, whoever currently has the ability to publish.
