I recieved the forwarded from techlist.  An interesting place to send it, but perhaps redundant.

I am in Seattle, some 15 miles from Mrs Harris.  You know Stephanson from bbv?  

It's  (also) interesting because this is the exact opposite of the open free info ideals of imc and contrary to Information Symetry.  We've ran locally (once) and globaly (twice) regarding the topic at hand.  We were among the recipients  (who were) recently served the cease/desist orders - along with all those Colleges and DMCA dissident student bodies.

Have you documented the "deviations from professional polster expectations" angles?

 immediate moratorium on the use of paperless, unverifiable e-vote machines=
 in the 2004 election. The use of paper ballots may be the only interim sol=

receipts are available, but are not currently in widespread use.

An immediate legal injunction to halt the use of non-verifiable DREs in the=

Compelling evidence for the gravity of the situation can be found in the fo=
llowing "smoking gun" internal emails from Diebold. As you've no doubt hear=
d, the company began a desperate attempt at suppressing the distribution of=
 these emails on the Internet, in a series of gag lawsuits succesfully coun=
tered by the Electronic Frontier Foundation last month. =

One of these emails  -- from Lana Hires to Global Election Systems (now Die=
bold) -- baldly states how 16 THOUSAND e-votes for Gore were "disappeared" =
during the 2000 Presidential election. Hires frantically asks how she shoul=
d explain this to an auditor:
