[Seattle-editorial] EDIT SUGGESTION: frontpage JPG size reduction, please

Can somebody please take
http://images.indymedia.org/imc/seattle/sattle2-15-03-3.jpg
and reduce it in size? Loading a 93Kb file is pretty tough on the front
page.

As an alternative: make a smaller one, but change the link on the feature
from 2/15.

Anybody know how to edit in place? is it possible?
