Although our administrative interface is kinda broke, it seems some one did make the deletions for you.  I am sorry that we seemed to be otherwise occupied when your first request was sent.

Personally, I usually try to contact people who put themselves out on that particular limb, and ask permission to do a delete.  But I also missed this occasion.
