[Seattle-editorial] FEATURE PROPOSAL: Media features

Hey. I propose that we borrow the top two Reclaim the Media features, on
the Tacoma ACM and the Committee for a Two-Paper Town. I propose also that
we modify the Newspaper one to include mention of the July 4 Independence
from Corporate Media protest called by Global Exchange et.al.
