[Seattle-editorial] questions

I am wondering if we find articles we think should go on the Seattle main
page, do we talk about it here, or who do we send those to? I realize
that editing the articles is not the same as deciding re selection of
stories, so am not exactly sure re the perameters of this specific list.
I get the editing review part of this list, just wondering who we send
articles we think should go on the page to... 

Also another question, if someone sends an editing question like the one
just sent down re COke article, do we send the answer just to the person
who sent it or should we reply to the list too so all can see and
comment?
