Jonathan can speak to the particulars of editorial membership better than I,
but generally just send it to the list (reply to
seattle-editorial at lists.indymedia.org), and then everyone is "in" on the
editorial decision. You are welcome to suggest stories, but it takes two
active editorial collective members to approve a story. Editing suggestions,
like the ones you make for the coke article are appropriately sent here, as
well as to the original author directly.

If you would like to become an active member of the editorial board,
membership is basically about participation... which we definitely need more
of.

I am wondering if we find articles we think should go on the Seattle main
page, do we talk about it here, or who do we send those to? I realize
that editing the articles is not the same as deciding re selection of
stories, so am not exactly sure re the perameters of this specific list.
I get the editing review part of this list, just wondering who we send
articles we think should go on the page to...

Also another question, if someone sends an editing question like the one
just sent down re COke article, do we send the answer just to the person
who sent it or should we reply to the list too so all can see and
comment?
