thanks joseph.

brandon f called me today asking me about this and i called the imc as soon as i
got the message.  i have had "connections" and a relationship with the speakeasy
crew since the early days but i have not been the one paying the DSL bill.
cinde was responsible for that until she left.  i'm not sure who is paying the
bills at the moment.  

perhaps to avoid having this happening again in the future (our streaming going
down, our website going down, etc.), we could have the dsl bill put on automatic
payment?

who are the current bill payers?  is this the spokescouncil responsibilities or
an individual?
