[Seattle-editorial] Know Your Rights Brochures

Hello,
It has come to my attention that many of you may not know the variety of
languages that the ACLU of Washington offers of the "Know Your Rights"
brochure.  The brochure discusses the rights we have in this country and
what to do if you are stopped by the police, FBI, INS (a.k.a. BCIS) or the
Custom Services.  Please make use of these brochures and distribute them to
your communities.  I've included the link http://www.aclu-wa.org/pubs/ where
you will be able to find the brochures in the following 8 languages:
