Hello Indy Media Activists,

We are two experienced Canadian filmmakers based in Vancouver who
are making a documentary about the war on Iraq. We are strongly anti-war
and want to make a film which will show powerful voices of opposition to
the war.
We are looking for other filmmakers and activists who can document
the anti-war movement on video. We are willing to pay for the cost of
videotape and shipping. We do not need exclusive rights to any videotape
that is shot (good quality dubs are fine). If this project receives proper
funding we will also pay a reasonable amount of money for any footage that
is used.
Our focus in this film will be on individual protesters around the
world. We need video footage of individuals doing whatever they can to
oppose the war. This includes anti-war rallies, but we are also looking
for interviews and behind the scenes coverage of how the war and the war
protest is affecting each person. What inspired them to act? What kind of
impact are they trying to make? We are looking for a mix of both "leaders"
in the anti-war movement, and individuals who feel inspired to protest in
other ways.
Time is short. The war will start very soon, and we need to get
footage from as many sources as possible. If you would like to participate
in this project please contact us now. If you know of others who would
like to help, pass this message on to them.
Please help us to show George W. Bush and Tony Blair that the world
is watching them with a very critical eye.

Thanks for your help,

Erik Paulsson
