Sub: Seeking Advice-Road Accidents !!!

Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are a team of qualified registered medical practitioners holding
qualifications recognized by Medical Council of our country.

We have devised a set of systems, which can reduce the damage caused to
vehicles and deaths and injury caused to Passengers and Pedestrians in
vehicular accidents by more than SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT.

We have been working on this project for more than TWENTY-ONE years and
after years of pain-staking effort & continuous improvement; finally we
have been able to achieve a breakthrough a few months back.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that our set of systems are new and
innovative. Moreover, we are very confident and very sure that this will
help reducing/minimizing human suffering to a very large extent. There is
no doubt that the product devised by us will change the face of the earth
forever.

This project has the potential of considerably reducing human trauma and
misery and also saving substantial amounts of money by way of damage to
property etc.

As we are all aware, Road Accidents are killing more than 3000 persons per
day, injuring more than 1,00,000 persons per day and causing a loss of 2
Billion US$ per day.
We believe that you are actively associated with the matters relating to
Travel, Safety, Injuries, Research etc and other similar related matters.
We will be grateful if you kindly advice us as to how we should introduce
our set of systems into day to day use at the earliest.

Please let us know whether you can refer or advice us about any one and/or
more of the following persons and/or Agencies :
01. Research centres, Universities, Academics and Researchers who
can help us in increasing the efficacy of our system.

02. Social, Charitable, Philanthropic and other organizations who
can actively participate to ensure quicker implementation of the system.

03. Agencies, Institutions, Laboratories or Universities which
could provide grants so as to further research and development of such
systems.

04. Publicity and public relations services which could help in
increasing awareness about the availability of such systems and their early
introduction.

05. Business Consultants and Advisors who could arrange Financial,
Technical and/or Commercial Collaborations.

06. Licensing and Technology Transfer Advisors including Venture
Capitalists, Automobile Manufacturers etc.

Please let us know whether you and any of your business associates are in a
position to provide us with such advice.

Also, we can associate with any person anywhere in the world for
implementing this project.
