[Seattle-editorial] (temporary) changes to seattle-editorial

Due to the extraordinary volume of spam to this list, I am changing its 
settings to hold any posts from non-members. I will do my best as the 
admin to keep up with allowing serious posts through, but this should 
drastically reduce the spam volume.

If anyone has a problem with this change in policy, please let me know. 
I'm willing to change it back asap if anyone objects.

For those of you who have recently unsubscribed due to the spam, please 
consider that you might resubscribe.

Once again, I apologize for the headaches. I thought that this problem 
would be resolved quickly by the tech and lists teams, and so I didn't 
make this change sooner. Please believe that I will be more proactive on 
these grounds in the future.
