IN SOLIDARITY WITH SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA COMMUNITY

MEET: 4:30 PM under the west seattle bridge on spokane ave.
just west of e. marginal way.

on april 7th at the oakland ca docks 750 community members held a
community picket against war profiteers american president lines (apl) and
stevedoring services of america (ssa). after holding closed meetings with
these corporations oakland police opened fire on protesters with
potentially-lethal wooden bullets, metal-shot filled bags, and concussion
grenades. 3 members of the media, 9 longshore workers, and 50 community
members were injured.

on may 12th members of that bay area community are going back to the
oakland docks to assert their right to resist. come join us in solidarity
with them and demonstrate your opposition to ssa the union busting war
profiteering corporation headquartered in our back yard.
