Me too! It goes back to feedback about the black and red pages. unreadable and.... well, you know those colors have baggage....
I'm wondering about the images selected for the banner montage. Colors? no one will back pink, right? I have no other preferences except readability. We have yet to go pastel, less extreme perhaps, more insipid perhaps...ah
There must be a better entry to the semiotic analysis of race and sex etcetcetc as expressed in web design.
Not knocking the thought, just having trouble thinking how to think about this. How to translate to a design...
