[Seattle-editorial] Hide Request: Story #35836, for being an Advertisement

I prefer this to just hiding them.  Its NOT a blatant commercial plea, it is a blatant membership recruitment.  Those are different.

So, does it hinge on the politic of the union?  there are 3 different and cometing rentacop unions.  imagine that!
