Speakers:
John McKay is the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Washington. Mr.
McKay was born and raised in Seattle. He has worked for two private law
firms in Seattle, has been Special Assistant to the Director of the FBI, and
President of the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) in Washington, D.C.
Michael Schein, ACLU of Washington.
Rita Zawaideh is an Arab-American who has lived in the United States since
emigrating here at an early age with her family. She holds a Masters degree
in Arabic studies from the University of Washington. Since graduating, she
has written extensively on the Middle East and North Africa, and has lived
and traveled in many of these countries as well as Europe.
Brent Wingstrand is Assistant Director of the Seattle Police Department
Homeland Security Dept.
