I only want to point out that we only have a few more things to do and those things could prove very beneficial to the collective:

Oh, you mean I should have logged all the hours I spent doing this? Trying to get community activists to consider IMC their own homepage website? Trying to post for, trying to get them used to having the stories on, trying to advocate thematic pages so the news would not be lost in openwire spam?
OK, that was then.
What can we do NOW so I can get back to this much more satisfying job? Lets start with the ed group and the additions to the PdX templates that we are relying on for the new web design.
Seattle Displacement, Campus Ministry, Mothers for Police Accountability,VVAWAI, Vets for Peace, Oct.22, Several tribes, CCEJ, SNOW, AFSC, Hate Free Zone,SYPP,Jobs with Justice (one of the long forgotten 'strategic partners') for starts and off the noggin top.
Build a real news site and they will fill it with local news.
I promise.
Uh,,, and we will still need a govt watch/city council/county council/port dist beat
