more on hiding bogus newswire items

testing by me has verified

- It is possible to open two browser windows, point them both at the
"webcast article administration" page, and simultaneously press the "hide
story" button in one window and the "edit story" button in the other window,
and everything works fine. No problem.

- After pressing the "hide story" button or the "commit changes to article"
button, you don't actually have to wait for the confirmation page to
display. You can hit your "back" button or whatever to go on to your next
task.

- You can edit the text of an article (to sign the hide and document your
motivation) and hide it at the same time in the same window by pushing the
"edit story" button, adding your hide sig, and then changing the "display
this article" value to "no" before pressing "commit changes to article."
"Display this article?" is the same as "show/hide."

- As in all things with stallman, it takes several minutes for changes to
show up for regular readers.
