as i mentioned in my previous email, we are okay with legal issues as long as we're not reposting entire articles without a link.  

i don't think an immediate ban is a good idea.  as i mentioned, i think we could "use" them in a way that might be interesting.  i'd at least like it to be on the agenda for a meeting.
