Sounds like a big probability this happens, a friendly letter that is outside the automated proceedures would just get into the filter as detrius.  No subject line to catch attention, a "hi" to make sure the reader deletes it asap....yes, I have had that experience nearly get the wrong people deleted...

Walt would admin...I think Gentry will step up as a back up.  Me, I think admin is fun  (esp global ed)
