U. S. National Security Strategy
An examination of
 U.S. National Security Strategy
and alternative strategies

Thursday, November 6, 2003

Speakers:

Gary Crocker – Consultant, U. S. State Department Bureau of Verification and
Compliance.  Mr. Crocker will explain the U.S. National Security Strategy of
the United States as issued by the White House, September 2002.

Donald C. Whitmore – Founding President of the Third Millennium Foundation.
Mr. Whitmore will critique the current U.S. National Security Strategy.

Bill Center – President of the Washington Council on International Trade and
retired Rear Admiral, US Navy. Mr. Center will explain alternative visions
for U.S. national security strategy.
