Help stop the destruction of temperate rainforests and
indigenous culture at Elk Creek, coastal "British
Columbia" 


The writing is a little weak, with some run-on
sentences and what not.  However, it seems like some
1st Nations (Canadian Native-Americans) are
desperately looking for help over an environmental
concern, in our general area (Seattle is a near-by
metropolitan area near B.C.), so it seems appropriate
for our site.  Specifically, it's an environmentalist
issue Seattlites could get involved with if they were
interested.  The down side of the article is that it's
looking for donations, and I could definitely
understand why this Feature Proposal might be
rejected.
