[Seattle-editorial] notes from today's semi-formal meeting

(1) we made a useful distinction among different kinds of features:

    * "summary" features - more of the Seattle-IMC-traditional features,
      which include a link-heavy few paragraphs (no more) linking to a
      number of related articles
    * "highlight" features - a paragraph or two of an existing article,
      followed by a link to the article itself.

Sometimes, as a summary article is revised and kicked around, it may 
metamorphose from a "summary" into a "highlight" of its own, where the 
quality discussion is pushed back behind the link, and off the front page.

Also, IMC events should be included in special text-boxes at the bottom 
of the first features.

(2) we plan to meet Tuesdays 6:00 to 6:30 for the next few weeks at 
least, to try to put some energy into the group.
