[Seattle-editorial] relaunch of ctc program

hi,

it seems like a good and relevant feature, and solid publicity, would be to do a feature about our ctc program and upcoming classes.  i've been calling it a kind of relaunch of our ctc program since we had a hiatus for nearly 6 months and only one official ctc class in 9.  so to kick things off, talk about the media lab being up and running, radiox, classes, ctc, partner orgs, etc.

maybe judy and daniel and susan could help with that?
