[Seattle-editorial] relaunch of ctc program

I think the CTC program as a feature is a great idea.  We can try to write one up online via email, get approval, and then post.  Here are some things needed:

Daniel can you provide class schedule and instructor(s), plus how to register?

I would like more details about the media lab.  What kind of equipment do we have?  How many?  What software programs?

Also I know nothing about radio x -- could use a description about that from someone -- what it is, what they do, how people can participate.

If some of this exists in text form somewhere, please send it my way and I will be happy to edit it (or someone else can).

Please send more information.
